We promise to do our best to dispatch your order within 3 working days via Royal Mail First Class services within the UK.

Delivery can typically be expected within 1-5 days from dispatch.

Item not delivered? In the rare event of a delayed delivery we have to wait 12 working days before we can declare the item as lost and have replacement sent out to you.

Returns

• Merchandise must be returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Our cancellation period is extended until January 5th 2018 for all orders placed between November 22nd 2017 and December 22nd 2017.
• Items must be returned, along with receipt in perfect, unused condition, complete with tags in original packaging.
